Solo Ella --- 1993

Eight female musicians from the Netherlands play salsa and Latin-jazz. This female orchestra has acquired a unique position in Europe, owing to their quality and to their own sound that they developed over the years. Perfume de Salsa started out in 1985 as a jazz quintet named "Speling". In 1987 drums were replaced by three Cuban-minded female percussionists. So the musical course was reset to Latin-jazz and salsa.
