The Other Side Of The Bay --- 1981

This was a record that was free to attendees at the Frontier Airlines event on June 29, 1981 at the Claremont Resort. Vocals are by Rare Silk (their first LP appearance) with backing by the Lamont Jazz Ensemble (members of the University of Denver Jazz Band). The mix gives you a sound very much like Free Design, a bit jazzy, with a nice tight harmony group on the vocal numbers. Gatefold jacket with a large sunset photo of Oakland across the spread.
