Café Oriental 4 --- 2005

A collection of Middle Eastern and Indian songs, all performed by Harem (sometimes with special guests Diva D, Nery, and Nisan). Some songs ("Anatolian Delux," "Shake On") are more worldbeat- and electronica-oriented, while others ("Balkan Dreams," "Siki Siki Baba") tend to stick to more traditional sounding instrumentation (with lots of drums, of course). It's mixed well, courtesy of Isy B, so while the tracks will not be familiar to many listeners, that doesn't mean that they can't enjoy Café Oriental 4 simply for its atmospheric qualities, if nothing else.
