Brillant-Special was a German budget shellac label, a subsidiary of [i]'Schallplattenindustrie Otto Stahmann – Brillant AG'[/i], launched in 1931. It was a sister label of [l=Grohag] and [l=Brillant (2)]. Both labels were replaced in 1937 by the [l=Tempo (2)] label.
