The label was operated by [a=Peter Brown] (President), Robert Brunson (Distribution), [a=Bernard Thomas] (A&R), and [a=Tony Tomorrow] (Promotion), along with producer [a=Patrick Adams], and Peter Brown's wife [a=Patricia Brown]. Its catalog is presently controlled by [l=Phase One Network], an asset management company. See also [l=P&P Record Corp.] P&P is an acronym for [a=Peter Brown] & [a=Patricia Brown], however, some early P&P vinyl releases have "P.P. Means Poor People with Potentiality" printed on the labels.
