Australian indie of the sixties and seventies, owned by New Zealand promoter [a1527216], and the Australian Consolidated Press (the Packer family). It was best known for releasing the [a=Bee Gees] catalogue in Australia during this period. Always distributed, and partially controlled by [l=Festival Records], its catalogue was taken over by that company in 1974. It was reactivated by Festival in 2000 as a reissue label, but is now defunct.
