US record company distributor, mostly active in the budget release field. Founded in 1982, grown to one of the largest independent distributors of music in North America. Catalog included classical, pop, world and jazz. Ceased operations in October 2016 and liquidated its assets. In December 2015, its proprietary catalog was sold to Digital Funding LLC.
