Canadian/US label founded in 1962 by [a=Giveon Cornfield] who sold the label and US distribution to [l=Everest Record Group] in 1965 while remaining president and retaining Canadian distribution. Some recordings were released on Cornfield’s later label [l=Orion]. Baroque Records was defunct by 1973.
