1980s house label from Chicago, Illinois. Started by [a=Chip E.] and [a=Farley "Jackmaster" Funk] in 1985. After the first release, [url=https://www.discogs.com/Mirage-14-Featuring-Chip-E-Jack-Trax/release/2368566]'Jack Trax'[/url], Farley continued the label releasing his own material. Earlier releases were mostly pressed by [l=Precision Records Labs Limited] and most likely distributed by [l=Precision Records (5)]. Around this time Farley was releasing a lot of his material on [l=Trax Records] which shared the same building as Precision Records Labs Limited. Later releases were distributed by [l=Barney's Records] with which House Records shared an address.
