Jenő Bors founded the label Quint Hanglemezkiadó ([l117875] Records) in 1990 which fusioned with EMI in 1992 to create EMI-Quint. Jenő Bors died on the 26th of March in 1999. Hungarian division of EMI Music Group, current name is EMI Music Hungary.
