ICR/ Warner IC Records C.A. In Venezuela, Warner releases are now licensed by IC Records. The company is a partnership between [l=Las Vegas Sound], a major Venezuelan music distributor, and [a=Carlos Sánchez (12)] former president of Universal Music Latino. Warner Music dropped operations for the Andean region comprising Colombia, Peru and Venezuela in early 2004. ICR is in charge of manufacturing and distributing all WEA/Warner releases in the country.
