House label based in Chicago, Illinois. Founded in 1989 by [l=Steve "Silk" Hurley] and his then-manager [a=Frank Rodrigo] and effectively a sister label to [l=Echotron Records], set up the previous year. Hurley and Rodrigo went on to establish [l=ID Records] in 1990.
