"Animal Sounds" was the first (and virtually only) release on the Dream Records Label. DR 1001 was released in 1981 on vinyl, well before the advent of the compact disc. There were two more Dream Records releases, however these were on another primitive format (cassette tape). Both releases had very little distribution which makes them fairly rare. They are: DR 1002 "Silent Night," a duo with Sam Phipps and pianist John Larkin, recorded live at the Los Angeles radio station KPFK in 1982. DR 1003 "Sam Phipps," a collection of standards and Christmas songs recorded in 1990.
