Also appears as "Tee Vee Toons Inc." Originally a label created in 1985 by Harvard Law graduate [a=Steve Gottlieb] and based out of his New York apartment to release the [i]Television's Greatest Hits[/i] television theme song compilation LP. It became a surprise success and launched a franchise series that eventually released seven more albums. Gottlieb shortened the label name to [l=TVT Records] in 1986. This company still appears as affiliated with the [l758] label and sometimes appears as TVT Records And Video, Inc. or such variant.
