This is the third generation of the Abril Cultural "História Da Música Popular Brasileira" series, subtitled "Great Composers", launched on newsstands between 1982 and 1984. All issues follow the "magazine" pattern series of the publishing company: cover in light cardboard with satin external finish with a stapled 8 to 12 page booklet with historical and biographical data on each artist plus the 12" LP record housed in an envelope on the last page. Previous series were 1970-72's [l406059] and 1976-79's [l647499].
