Netherlands Management by [a=Carnage]. This label is the follow-up of [l=Underground Society Records]. In January 2007 the name was changed to [b]USR[/b], and became a sublabel of [l=Zero Tolerance]. After the name changed, and the new look and sound was determined, the main style of this label was darker and more industrial than before. At the end of 2008, USR took a small break. In 2009 some of the older releases were digitalized, but in July 2010 the label did a full digital restart. In March 2011 [l=Noisj] took over the complete catalogue of [b]USR[/b].
