It's part of the Media Group RTL Germany and owned by RTL Group, Luxembourg, which is majority-owned by German media conglomerate [l353658]. Apart from the Free Television stations [l86635] Television, [url=/label/422916-Vox-Television-GmbH]VOX[/url], RTL NITRO and n-tv the RTL Mediagroup Germany has also stakes in the Free TV stations [l278006] and [url=/label/417881-RTL-Disney-Fernsehen-GmbH-Co-KG]superRTL[/url] and runs the digital Pay TV channels RTL Crime, RTL Living and Passion. The subsidary [l422074] pools all online and transaction-based business areas beyond classic television (Online, Mobile, Licensing, Games Publishing etc.)
