Freddie Records was founded in 1969 in Corpus Christi, Texas, by legendary six-time Grammy and Latin Grammy award-winning artist, producer, and songwriter [a=Freddie Martinez]. The label is one of the leading independent Latin record labels in the U.S. Specializing in the marketing and distribution of Regional Mexican music including Norteño, Tejano, Banda, and Christian releases, the label is home to such top artists as Ramon Ayala Y Sus Bravos Del Norte, Los Palominos, Solido, The Legends, Jimmy Gonzalez Y Grupo Mazz, Elida Reyna Y Avante, Jay Perez, Lucky Joe, La Fiebre, David Olivarez, Albert Zamora and many more.
