Independent American record label from Minneapolis, Minnesota, established circa 1977. Co-directors as of 1978 were [a=Gary Marx (2)] and [a=Michael Sunday]. As of 1979, director of national promotions was Kathy Henkel, [a=Kevin St. John (2)] was director of national promotions, and [a=Wayne Isaak] was director of national publicity. In 1980, signed a UK distribution deal with [l=Pinnacle Records]. By 1984, was operating more as a production company run by Marx and promoter [a=Randy Levy], along with Waterworks Management.
