Record and publishing company incorporated by [a=John McCready], C. Wessells and Warwick Woodward in 1975. Wessells sold his shares to [a=Brian Pitts (3)] in late 1976 and the company was absorbed by [l=RTC NZ Ltd.] which took over the record and tape business. From late 1977, Pitts was the sole owner. The company was renamed [l=RTC Music (Publishers) Ltd.] in 1980.
