Dutch tape label (based in Amsterdam) run by [a=eM (7)] in the 1980s. Reactivated as a CD label from 2006 to 2009. Top Tape is back with (re-)releases on tape and vinyl since 2016 (distribution by Stichting Stopcontact, Domestica Records, Bordello A Paragi, Rush Hour, Concerto and Rubadub).
