Short-lived California label founded by [a259913] and [a2828421], guitarist/vocalist and manager respectively of [a246650]. Formed in 1973 to release solo material by Garcia and other projects related to [a246650], apart from several live albums, most of the releases were recorded at either [l356228], owned by [a259912], or [l325589], owned by [a290364], also members of [a246650]. The label ceased operating in 1976 when [a2828421] absconded with several hundred thousand dollars, also causing [l34294] to stop trading as a fully independent unit.
