Hits played by Unknown Artists (In the style of...) Some have the "Solid Gold" name and some "Focus". Series on Windmill (3) AND Chevron (2) "The “Parade of Pops” series was a direct continuation of the earlier “Pick of the Pops” series on Deacon. The title change was a result of a legal issue with Pickwick, and it so happened that Windmill took the reins just as matters were being resolved, hence the different name and label. Thus, it is a successor to Stereo Gold Award, but where the Parade of Pops series is concerned, links with the Windmill label are more evident.
