A twenty title series in Toshiba-EMI's extensive Blue Note reissue program. As the title indicates, this series features previously unreleased sessions. TOCJ-1612 and TOCJ-1615 were "world first" releases. Titles TOCJ-1601~10 were issued on October 23, 1996 and have "1500 Unissue" [sic] on their obi banner. Titles TOCJ-1611~20 were issued on November 27, 1996 and have a corrected "1500 Unissued" banner.
