Le Fromage Productions and its label Big Cheese Records where founded by [a=Yamani Dazi] & [a=Simon Hoare] from the suburbs of Paris. Created in 1993, the label was famous for its funky and soulful flavours. Worked briefly with Sony Europe in 1995, and ended the adventure in early 1997.
