We sent this Tascam 4-track cassette recorder to the first artist, they recorded two songs to tape, then mailed the recorder to the next artist to do the same. Curated by Polyvinyl... We asked 12 artists we love to be involved with the project. Though the artists are spread out across the globe, they are all tied together because they recorded on the same device. When all was said and done, the 4-track had traveled over 20,000 miles!" Subscribers receive a 7" each month, with those who signed up before 2014 also receiving a custom box, T-Shirt, and slipmat.
