The merger of respective Sony Music and BMG affiliates in Norway, [l340207] and [l248866], happened during late 2004 and early 2005. In August 2008, Sony acquired BMG's stakes in Sony BMG, and few months later, it became [l185367], which should not be confused with the previous Norwegian Sony Music company, which included brackets.
