Dust-to-Digital was started in February 1999 by [a=Steven Lance Ledbetter], a radio disc-jockey at WRAS, Georgia State University in Atlanta (Georgia, USA). Dust-to-Digital produce cultural artifacts, which combine rare recordings - mostly taken from 78 RPM records - with historic images and detailed texts describing the artists and their works.
