One of the US offshoots of [l=Factory], which existed between 1981 and 1983, run by [a=Michael Shamberg]. FACT A First was allocated to a [a=New Order] / [a=Ike Yard] gig at the Ukrainian National Home, New York, November 18, 1981. The corresponding poster was co-designed by Ike Yard's [a=Stuart Argabright]. The New Order gig was later released as a Factory video, [r=366620] (FACT 77).
