Canada Explicit is a music label and clothing brand, but first and foremost it’s a state of mind. Explicit is the voice of the street, the one you don’t hear on commercial radio or in large shopping malls, but that resonates with all generations and people from all social classes. For over 15 years, thanks to a very distinct artist flair, the record label has brought to light some of the most influential artist in the Quebec HipHop scene. The leadership and ingenuity of the team has led to the label selling over 200 000 albums since the launch in 1999.
