WE Records (a.k.a. Whitmire Empire Records) was founded in 1996 by Jason Whitmire to release indie-rock band Secret Sunday's self-titled debut. It also co-released albums and compilations with Broken Note Records based out of Houston, TX. It is best known for the electronic compilation series Please Rewind And Play Again. The label went on indefinite hiatus in 2003.
