Evidently a European budget label with an Israeli connection active during the late 80's and early 90's, releasing product on vinyl, tape and CD. Depending on media, smallprint under the crown logo and name may state "Record" (singular), or "Compact Disc". [b]If "Musicassette" is appearing somehow, that's not a label, but rather a music system patented by [l=Philips], but adopted by many label competitors[/b], like "Duchesse". Somehow related to [l45279], [l164363], [l58983] and [l37464] (possibly even sharing the same manufacturing facilities - which may explain occasional mismatches).
