Happy Squid Records was formed by the three members of the Urinals in 1978 in order to release their initial recording [r2234912]. The success of the project lead to two subsequent 7" releases by the band, followed by [r2746457], which was an attempt to broaden the roster of the label by including some of the band’s contemporaries.
