Plan-it-X was started in 1994 by Sam and [a3213716] (AKA, [a1607023]), and released tapes by bands from Indiana. Chris began running Plan-it-X and in 1995, the label released its first record. The label was based out of Bloomington, Indiana until late 2005, when it relocated to Olympia, Washington. Most non-Chris-Clavin-affiliated bands pulled their music from the Plan-It-X catalog in August of 2017 after Clavin was outed as a serial sexual predator.
