Then it is credited from February 1991 as a label and distribution (with Time Warner as a record company) after the acquisition of [l28549] by Warner. Carrere boss [a=Claude Carrere] remained chairman of Carrere Music until his retirement in 1995, when Warner renamed Carrere Music to [l39716].
