Demi Monde

Demi Monde was created by ex Hakwind and Amon Düül bassist [a=Dave Anderson (3)] in the Autumn of 1984. The purpose of the label was the outlet for 1970s' style music by both established and new musicians and bands. Initially the label was licensed by [l=Charly Records] who still distribute the early catalogue (matrix N° DM001 - DM007). At the start of 1986, the label negotiated a production and distribution deal with [l=Rough Trade] to cover their new releases.
