[b]Label Code LC 4240 / LC 04240.[/b] This label came from [l=Deutscher Schallplattenclub], which was a subsidiary of German book club [l=Bücherbund], formerly known as [l=Deutscher Bücherbund]. Music club which released exclusive compilations since the 1970's. Most popular for their "Hitbreaker" series which comes each three months (four issues per year). Table for the "Hitbreaker" release periods: 1st issue - december of the bygone year 2nd issue - march 3rd issue - june 4th issue - september Book club editions from 'Bücherbund' in connection with 'Sonocord' often had 'Sonderauflage Sonocord' printed on labels and were sold exclusively in 'Bücherbund'-shops.
