Live At EJ's

Profile

The correct name of the label is: Live At E.J.'s. The club's owner, Steve Negri, was never asked for permission to use his former club's logo. This short-lived label documented live recordings made at E.J.'s in the Buckhead section of Atlanta, Georgia. The club began in the 1970s and closed in 1982. The tapes made their way to Europe, where approximately 15 to 18 albums were released, most of them 2 CD sets. The record label ceased operations some time before 2000, with a few condensed single CD reissues appearing on the Storyville label in Europe.

Contact

The label is defunct, though some titles ended up being reissued by Storyville, condensed from 2 CDs to one with fewer tracks.
