Techno label set up by [a=Ben Sims]. The name "Ingoma" derives from African language meaning "drum" and "kingdom" which clearly set the intention of the label from the offset. This followed by a wave of tough, rhythmic and percussion driven dancefloor tracks established the label as a forerunner in the chosen styles and has seen support from many of the scences big players. Over time it was inevitable that other forms of percussion driven music were to influence the releases too. Hence the Latin, Brazilian and Samba flavours that can be found in many of the tracks. The label is [b]closed[/b] now. INGOMA030 is the last release.
