Eastwest Studios

Profile

Founded in 1957 by audio engineer [a623249] in what was previously Radio Center Theater and then [l303551] at 6000 Sunset Boulevard. Putnam acquired the Western Recorders name and the studio, which became known as [l284627]. In 1989, the studios were acquired by [a215925] and renamed [l266828]. In 1999 Rick Adams purchased the studios and renamed it [l266394]. In January 2006 it was acquired by [a709675] and after two years of construction, it reopened as EastWest Studios.
