Canadian label from Toronto, Ontario. Established in 1979 by Dixon Propas Management (a.k.a. [a=Dixon-Propas Productions Inc.]), the company owned by veteran Canadian promoters [a=Neill Dixon] and [a=Steve Propas]. It was officially launched on March 28, 1980. The publishing arm was [l=Solid Gold Publishing]. It was active until 1985 and Dixon sold his interest to Propas in 1986, who transferred it to [l157060] (where he would later become VP International).
