Ristretto was launched by Grain of Sound´s co-founder, Nuno Moita, in May 2004. Ristretto loves: helical crash music, crabwise textures in a bit field extreme repetition with crackling pops, whorled sound memories, random drop codes on a naked loop, cell cycle music, discarded overacting sounds quartz locked continuous pitch, dynamic run-out grooves, binary point blank motion, expanding-contracting minimalism.
