Portuguese industrial label based in Porto, started in June, 1989 by Hugo Moutinho. The original format was cassette releases, but the idea to produce a participant-funded compilation record called NON:I:NON helped the label to make a transition into producing vinyl releases. A fanzine called Vertigo was also created and distributed for free, featuring news and reviews.
