Childrens' record label established in the early 1950s by [l=Riverside Records] co-founder [a=Bill Grauer]. After Grauer's sudden death and the bankruptcy of Riverside in 1963, [l=A.A. Records] bought the label. A.A Records changed ownership and was shut down in the early 1980s.
