Noga Records was born on the ashes of Shem Records. Run and directed by Ziki Bar (DJ Ziki) who moved to Japan from Israel. New Funk Inc, was a design label established in 1994 and evolved in 1996 to became the first original psychedelic trance clothing Label in Japan. Situated in Jingumae (Cat Street) Harajuku new funk inc closed its doors in 2006. True trance records was created by the owner of New Funk inc. (me) As a vehicle for young aspiring Israeli DJs Ziki and DJ Amir. Releasing two CDs True Trance and Karmechanics (as in Karma ) Graphics and design by new funk inc music by DJ Ziki/Shem Records Which then evolved into DJ Ziki's own label Noga Records
