The Portuguese affiliate of EMI from the mid-2000s, changing its name from [l=EMI-Valentim De Carvalho, Música Lda.]. Never use this company for [b]label[/b], use it for company roles such as record company and phonographic copyright. In 2013, with EMI being sold to Universal Music Group, the Portuguese affiliate, along with some European EMI companies were separated. Its catalogue moved to [l=Parlophone Music Portugal, Lda], which later ended in [l=Warner Music Portugal, Lda.].
