It first started as a loose network of friends, musicians and artists. The label itself was founded in 2003. Over the years Sinnbus (also referred to as [b]sinnbusrecords[/b] or [b]sinnbus bln[/b] on releases) developed from representing a local Berlin scene to a well known label in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and has earned a high reputation for its high quality releases, design and cover-art. Sinnbus now serves as a label, music publisher and occasional concert promoter. The style of music released by Sinnbus varies from post-rock, post-punk to indie and electronica.
