Regional label founded by music entrepreneur [a=Fred Carroll] in Houston, Texas. The first release was in October 1965, and the company filed for bankruptcy in April 1971. In the late 1970s, the label was revived by [a=Lelan Rogers] in Los Angeles to reissue records as well as archival and new material.
