(with comma), Warner Music Spain SL, etc... but please always add it as [l=Warner Music Spain S.L.] Since around October 2013, the catalog of Warner Music Spain also includes [l=Parlophone Music Spain S.L.], which replaces [l=EMI Music Spain, S.L.].
