Audiovox Records Oy was a Finnish record company founded in 1989. In 1999 the company was sold to [l=K-Tel International (Finland) Oy], which changed its name to [l=Edel Records Finland Oy] after being sold to [l=edel music AG] . Edel's Finnish operations were merged with [l=Oy Bonnier Amigo Music Finland Ab] and [l163721] forming [l265588]. AXR's and Edel's Finnish catalog was then sold to a new company [l=AXR Music Oy] in 2010. They release music through the label [l=AXR Music].
